We offer shipment within New Zealand only. No international shipping is available.
Please allow us up to 3 business days to process and ship your order. Our goal is to ship promptly, but we may delay shipment if an item is out of stock so that your order can be completely filled. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will advise you as soon as possible via email. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped and the email will include your unique tracking number. All orders will be shipped with a tracking number.
You are more than welcome to come and collect your online order in store as we offer a click and collect option during business hours. You will find us at 83 Arawa Street, Matamata. Our hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm and Saturday 9.00am until 12.00pm. We will have your order ready for you when you come in store.
