Shipping
We offer shipment within New Zealand only. No international shipping is available.
If you live on Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, Chatham Island or Stewart Island please contact us for a quote as standard couriers fees do not apply.
Please allow us up to 3 business days to process and ship your order. Our goal is to ship promptly, but we may delay shipment if an item is out of stock so that your order can be completely filled. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will advise you as soon as possible via email. Our mission is to never sell you an out of stock item. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped and the email will include your unique tracking number. All orders will be shipped with a tracking number.
Public Holidays and Weekend Shipping
Couriers do not operate on Public Holidays or weekends. Your parcel will be packed and shipped as soon as possible after a public holiday or weekend.
You are more than welcome to come and collect your online order in store as we offer a click and collect option during business hours. You will find us at 83 Arawa Street, Matamata. Our hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm and Saturday 9.00am until 12.00pm. We will let you know when we have your order ready for you to collect from in store.
