Refund Policy

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Damage or issues

Please inspect your order upon its arrival and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.  

We require photographic evidence of orders received in a damaged condition.  These photos will need to clearly show the damaged area and must include:

- The outside of the box 

- The inside of the box

- Individual photos of damaged items. 

Include these photos and any information relating to the delivery to info@rockmerevamp.co.nz 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and evaluated your return and will let you know if the refund is approved or not.  If approved you will be refunded once items have been returned and received by us.  The refund will be to your original payment method.  To be eligible for a refund, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must be in the original packaging. 

Shipping fees are not refundable, unless an incorrect item has been shipped.

Please choose your items carefully as we are not able to provide a refund if you change your mind.

Workshop Refunds

Because of the preparation and unique nature of our workshops, there are no refunds or exchange on workshop class fees.  If you have a concern or need to discuss this policy, please contact Lynnette by email at info@rockmerevamp.co.nz
